Maplewood Kitchen & Bar
Client Case Study
The Challenge: Maplewood had a loyal in-person customer base but virtually no social presence. Their Instagram had 312 followers, posted sporadically, and generated zero bookings. A new competing restaurant had opened two blocks away with 8,000 followers and a heavily engaged audience.
Our Approach
Week 1–2
Brand Voice & Content Audit
We rebuilt their content pillars from scratch — behind-the-scenes kitchen content, plated dish showcases, staff spotlights, and seasonal specials. A tone-of-voice guide was created to ensure every caption felt warm, local, and inviting.
Week 3–4
Production Sprint
Shot 6 weeks of content in two full production days. This included 14 Reels, 30+ static posts, and 20 story templates. Every piece was optimised for the Austin dining audience and local hashtag clusters.
Month 2
Influencer Seeding
Coordinated complimentary tastings for 8 Austin-based food micro-influencers (5k–40k followers). Combined reach: 180,000. Generated 22 organic posts and 3 feature Reels with authentic audience reactions.
Month 3+
Paid Amplification
Boosted top-performing organic content with a $400/month ad budget targeting Austin residents aged 25–45 within 8km. Lowest-cost result: $0.83 per link click to reservation page.
“Our Saturday nights went from half-empty to fully booked within six weeks. We actually had to turn people away — something we never thought a social media strategy would achieve.”
— Marcus T., Owner — Maplewood Kitchen & Bar

Luxe & Glow Aesthetics
Client Case Study
The Challenge: Luxe & Glow was a high-end med spa struggling to differentiate itself in Miami’s saturated aesthetics market. Their previous social media was generic stock images and promotional discounts that cheapened the premium brand positioning they were trying to build.
Our Approach
Week 1
Repositioning & Strategy
Audited competitor accounts and identified a clear content gap: authentic, educational content about procedures was performing 4× better than promotional posts. We pivoted the strategy to lead with expertise and trust.
Weeks 2–4
Content System Build
Developed a 3-pillar content system: (1) Educational procedure explainers, (2) Client transformation stories, (3) Day-in-the-life of the clinic. Created HIPAA-compliant consent workflows for before/after content.
Month 2
Reels Growth Engine
Published 3 Reels per week. Top performer: a 47-second video explaining the difference between filler types — organically reached 280,000 accounts without any ad spend.
Month 3
Paid Social Layer
Launched retargeting ads to website visitors and Instagram profile visitors. Conversion rate from ad click to booked consultation: 14.2% — well above the 3–5% industry benchmark.
“We finally feel like our social media matches the quality of our treatments. The educational content has made us the authority in our space — clients come in already trusting us.”
— Dr. Sofia Reyes, Medical Director — Luxe & Glow Aesthetics

Ironclad CrossFit
Client Case Study
The Challenge: Ironclad CrossFit was a well-loved gym by its 180 existing members but was struggling to grow beyond that core community. New member sign-ups had plateaued for 14 months. Their social media was a mix of workout clips and motivational quotes that drove no measurable action.
Our Approach
Week 1
Community Content Audit
Interviewed 12 members to understand why they joined, what they tell friends, and what makes Ironclad different. These insights became the foundation of a new ‘real people, real results’ content strategy.
Weeks 2–3
UGC & Member Stories
Launched a structured member story series: a 60-second interview video + a before/after graphic for each featured member. Posted two per week. Engagement rate jumped from 1.2% to 8.7% on these posts.
Month 2
Challenge Campaign
Ran a 30-day public transformation challenge promoted entirely through social. Participants shared daily check-ins. The campaign generated 340 uses of the gym’s branded hashtag and 22 new trial sign-ups.
Month 3
Referral Amplification
Built a social-driven referral system: members who posted about Ironclad got a free week’s membership. Cost per new member acquired: $14.
“Our members became our marketing team. The content strategy turned the gym’s culture into something people were proud to share publicly — and it’s been the single biggest driver of new memberships we’ve ever had.”
